Abstract
Intensification by administration of high dose chemotherapy is increasingly used in the treatment of cancer. Serious side ellects can occur. We report a case of recurrent heart block in the hours following the administration of the drugs in a patient with small cell lung carcinoma treated by late intensive chemotherapy with etoposide and cyclophosphamide. This complication was controlled by implantation of a temporary demand pace maker. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
