Error Bounds in Equilibrium Statistical Mechanics

Abstract
A new method is presented for the calculation of thermodynamic properties from equilibrium statistical mechanics. Starting from the high‐temperature expansion coefficients for the canonical partition function, error bounds are obtained, which are both rigorous and optimal.Keywords
