Abstract
Inactivation of crystalline fumarase by Nagarse (commercial crystalline proteinase from Bacillus subtilis, strain N[image]) approximately parallels the denaturation of the fumarase protein as determined by tests of trichloroacetic acid-deproteinized filtrates using the Folin-Ciocalteau reaction and dinitroflurobenzene method.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
