Coroutines in FORTRAN

Abstract

A method is described for using coroutines within the strict confines of ANSI FORTRAN. A FORTRAN preprocessor that has been implemented to transform FORTRAN programs, written as if coroutines were allowed, to standard ANSI FORTRAN programs is also described.
