Abstract
A method by which the digital computer can be made use of to obtain the maximum likelihood estimates and their variances and covariances in Rh, MNS and ABO systems is presented. The salient features of the program written in FORTRAN are explained with reference to the program for the Rh system. The method does not make any assumptions regarding the level of typing or the presence/absence of any of the alleles involved. Keywords
