Abstract
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) has been applied in numerous ways to the study of small metal particles ranging from millimeter to nanometer sizes. These studies relate to such diverse fields of interest as thin film nucleation and growth, catalysis, air pollution, and many biological and medical applications. Keywords
