Abstract
✓ Six cases are presented to show that the intracranial arterial spasm accompanying subarachnoid hemorrhage can be associated with an abnormal brain scan beginning 1 to 3 weeks after the onset of the spasm. The scan abnormality gradually disappears over a few months, and is presumably due to cerebral infarction. Keywords
