Abstract
The hyperfine fields at 119Sn nuclei in ordered Co2MnSn have been measured using the Mössbauer effect. The field values obtained are compared (i) with other measurements on Co2MnSn which are in disagreement, and (ii) with hyperfine fields reported for other similar Heusler alloys. In addition a value of +067±001 nuclear magnetons is obtained for the nuclear magnetic moment of the first excited state of 119Sn.Keywords
