Abstract
The process has been studied with 12-GeV linearly polarized photons for momentum transfer from - 0.04 to - 1.0 . The experiment used a coherent bremsstrahlung beam produced by a diamond crystal. The measured asymmetry, , is positive throughout this range and is similar to measurements at lower energies.
