Abstract
— Histological examination of 18 erupted and eight unerupted teeth with idiopathic external resorption demonstrated that the pulp remained protected by a thin layer of dentine approximately 23–308 μm wide. There was no significant difference between erupted and unerupted teeth. Keywords
