Abstract
A preparation of the guinea-pig vas deferens was developed in which it was opened along its length. It was sufficiently sensitive to obtain reproducible dose-response curves to acetylcholine, noradrenaline, histamine, nicotine, 5-hydroxytryptamine and potassium chloride; it was more sensitive than the unopened vas deferens. Keywords
