Abstract
The chromophore-binding structure of the neocarzinostatin complex is determined for the first time by two-dimensional 1H NMR spectroscopy, and reveals the elements of the specific binding and the stabilization interactions of the unstable dienediyne chromophore by the apoprotein. Keywords
