Abstract
A patient initially presented with an occlusion of a branch of the central retinal artery. Shortly thereafter he developed a central vein obstruction and a swollen optic nerve head. Enucleation and subsequent studies revealed that an adenocarcinoma had metastasized to the optic nerve and that it originated from the prostate gland. Keywords
