Abstract
Acute to subacute parvoviral myocarditis occurred in 6 chicks which had been previously treated with cyclophosphamide during preliminary experiments on an chicken anemia agent. Myocarditis was constantly associated with inclusion bodies in nuclei of the myocardial fibers. The inclusions contained numerous viral particles which were .apprx. 20 nm in diameter, and morphologically identical to parvovirus. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
