Abstract
The recently described phenomenological theories of thermally stimulated luminescence and conductivity are extended to thermally stimulated exoelectron emission. This latter process can have a marked effect on the magnitude of the former processes when one considers thin films or specimens with a high surface-to-volume ratios. Keywords
