Abstract
Accurate numerical evaluation of the one-loop self-energy correction to the 1s-electron g factor in H-like ions is presented to all orders in the parameter Zα. This calculation significantly improves the accuracy of theoretical values of the corresponding g factor in low- and medium-Z ions. Keywords
