Abstract
PolySAM-1, a multifunctional surface-active amine polymerization accelerator, and several simpler surface-active amine promoters were evaluated for their accelerative and adhesion-promoting potentials. Diametral tensile strength measurements, performed on composites prepared from a bis-GMA resin formulation with tribasic calcium phosphate as the filler, were used to assess the adhesive bonding capabilities of these amines.Keywords
