Abstract
Virus particles were observed via electron microscopy in the strain 2 guinea pig leukemia L2C/N-B. The particles (700 A in diameter) consisted of a central core enclosed in a unit membrane, all within a fuzzy outer coat. In some particles, interruptions were present in the outer coat and in others extended through the unit membrane. Particles were seen in the perinuclear and endoplasmic reticulum cisternae. Keywords
