Abstract
Acute administration of [the herbicide] Paraquat (25 mg/kg, i.p.) significantly increased prolyl hydroxylase in rat lung 7 days following treatment. There was no change in total collagen at this time point. At 21 days following drug treatment, total collagen was significantly elevated while prolyl hydroxylase activity had returned to control level. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
