Abstract
Optical pumping with the 2537 Å intercombination line of mercury has been used to orient four nuclear spin isomers of mercury and two radiosiotopes as well as stable and . Measurements of ratios of the nuclear-magnetic-resonance frequencies of these isotopes to that of contained in the same sample cell have been made. The results are:
