Abstract
The number of viable units present in wet-weight suspensions of mycobacteria varied considerably. To compare the virulence of strains within the [hycobacteriam] avium-intracellulare complex, standard inocula containing known numbers of viable units are recommended. The preparation of standardized inocula and their use in virulence studies are described. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
