Abstract
Recovery is achieved by saline layering of tissue homogenates (1.7% NaCl) over 2.0% saline. The clear saline is introduced through an aerating stone at the bottom of a flask containing the homogenate. As the latter is lifted, eggs fall through the interface into clear solution. Keywords
