Abstract
For pt.IV see ibid., vol.I, p.213, 1975. Untruncated shell-model calculations have been performed for even-parity low lying levels in 23Na, 23Mg and 23Ne, using the two-body interactions of Kuo and Preedom and Wildenthal. Excitation energies, transition rates and static moments have been calculated. When allowance is made for shifted bands in all spectra good agreement is achieved with both interactions for a wide range of data. The structure of the three nuclei is discussed in the light of these calculations. Keywords
