Abstract
Attempts were made to establish a centrifugal method to separate various sub cellular components of the nervous systems of the American cockroach, Periplanela (L.), and the German cockroach, Blaltella germanica (L.). Various nerve fractions thus obtained were then examined for their capacities to bind 14Cdieldrin. An auto radiographic technique to facilitate electron microscopic studies on the behavior of labeled insecticides in the nerve homogenate was also developed. Keywords
