Abstract
The finite-element method is applied to calculate the resonant frequencies and electromagnetic field distributions of axisymmetric dielectric resonator modes. Analyses of several resonator shapes, including ring resonator, double resonator, and rod resonator with tuning screw and supporting structure, are made. Keywords
