Abstract
Malignant epithelial cells were noted within the sarcolemmal sheath of skeletal muscle fibers in a case of recurrent laryngeal carcinoma. Literature is reviewed to evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic significance of this rare intramyofiber skeletal metastasis by cancer cells.Keywords
