Abstract
Two alkaloids, hygrine (1) and the hitherto unknown 5,7,-dimethyl-octahydroindolizine (II), were isolated from Dendrobium primulinum Lindl. 2,4-Dimethyl-6-propylpyridine was synthesized in order to identify one of the products from selenium dehydrogenation of II. I was also found to be the only alkaloid in Dendrobium chrysanthum Wall. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
