Abstract
A 22‐yr‐old man was found to have a subtotally occluding thrombus in the proximal left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery shortly after suffering mild blunt chest trauma. After 6 days of anticoagulant therapy, the LAD appeared angiographically normal.Keywords
