Abstract
A human lung adenocarcinoma cell line was established, which was characterized by mucin production and the presence of terminal bars and spherical aggregates, with adenocarcinoma-like tubular structures formed in a gyratory culture. Heterotransplantation of the cells produced a tumor. Enzyme histochemical examination was also made. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
