Abstract
IN A previous publication,1 the clinical features and laboratory findings in 4 cases of hepatolenticular degeneration were described. It was pointed out that the patients seemed to benefit from diets intended to protect the liver and that the cephalin-flocculation test was the most sensitive liver-function test available for this disease. The present paper reports the course of 2 of these patients treated by dietary means during periods of observation of fourteen and seventeen months, respectively.
