Abstract
A method of radiography of injected specimens is described which almost completely eliminates the objectionable features introduced by tissue shadows. Radiography was carried out with the specimen totally immersed in saline. It was possible to obtain prints from radiographs so prepared in which the detail of injected vessels was preserved at all parts despite greatly varying tissue thickness. The method had the further advantage of standardisation of exposure. Keywords
