Abstract
The N2+(B2 Sigma u+) ions were produced through vacuum ultraviolet irradiation at lambda 462, 555, 630 and 637 AA and the intensities of the N2+(B2 Sigma u+ to X2 Sigma g+) bands were measured. The electronic transition moment of the system was found to be reasonably constant. Keywords
