Abstract
We demonstrate a noisy resonance phenomenon in a winner-takes-all neural network. We derive an expression for the theoretical transition rate between states and show that this rate matches the driving frequency. We further show that this effect persists when a diffusive coupling is introduced into the network leading to a more robust system. Keywords
