Abstract
Two agglutination methods for rheumatoid serums, e.g., a standard test using sensitized sheep erythrocytes and a new latex fixation test, using 0.5% heparin in place of Fraction II were studied. The sensitivity and selection of the new method compared favorably with the standard sheep cell test. Keywords
