Abstract
The photosynthetic cell membrane of T. roseopersicina is impermeable to the oxidized redox dyes methyl viologen and benzyl viologen, whereas the reduced forms easily penetrate into the cell. By exploiting this permeability difference, the orientation of the membrane-bound hydrogenase was determined.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
