Abstract
The critical behaviour of a dilute Ising spin system on a general anisotropic elastic solid is studied using the replica trick and epsilon expansion up to first order. The dilute Ising 'Khmel'nitzkii' epsilon 1/2 fixed point is shown to be stable (for epsilon <<1) with respect to isotropic as well as anisotropic compressibility. Keywords
