Abstract
Over a period of 1 mo., 3 patients attending a women''s outpatient clinic at a general hospital were observed to have unilateral telangiectatic lesions. Only 12 cases of unilateral nevoid telangiectasia were previously reported; this report would bring to 15 the number of cases of this syndrome. The temporal aspect of the onset of the lesions among these patients strongly supports the role of estrogen in the appearance of unilateral nevoid telangiectasia.
