Abstract
Raynaud's phenomenon is a rare condition in the pediatric age group. Because of this, there is little information on the outcome of these patients. We have followed three patients in our clinic for extended period of time, and all remain well clinically despite the presence of im munologic abnormalities in two. This suggests that, while careful follow up is necessary, the presence of Raynaud's phenomenon and immunologic abnormalities in the pediatric age group are not necessarily of bad prognostic significance. Keywords
