Abstract
This paper discusses analog computation where the analog components consist of digital elements. Pulse rate is the quantity used to represent the data. Such computation systems may have many advantages over present analog techniques. The various components necessary to produce a complete computation system are described. Several examples of the use of these components to solve specific problems are shown. Keywords
