Abstract
Fragments of the bark were found in association with calcified roots and stems from the Genundewa limestone at Bristol Center, New York. The study, made from radial and transverse sections, showed bark with very simple structure. Tannin cells are either scattered or occur in groups, and the empty cells are of 2 types, either elongated vertically or square when viewed in radial section. Structures resembling phloem rays were observed. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
