Abstract
The bladders of fetal rats were allowed to fill after the urogenital papilla had been ligated. The contents of the bladder and the blood of the fetus were analyzed, as were also those of the mother. The observations indicate that the fetal kidney produces urine which is somewhat dilute. Keywords
