Abstract
A quantitative study of the self-chosen diets of three multiparae is reported. The nutritive requirements during 60 weeks of intensive milk flow are considered, with particular reference to the relationship between the intake of food calories, proteins, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, and phosphorus and the outgo of these components in breast milk.Keywords
