Abstract
Egg descriptions and scanning electron microscope photomicrographs are provided for the 10 nearctic pteronarcyid species, and the data are used to test current ideas of the phylogeny of the family. The data suggest Pteronarcys sensu Zwick (1973) is polyphyletic and a revised classification is proposed in which Allonarcys is placed in synonymy with Pteronarcys. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
