Abstract
A 3-year-old boy developed acute complete atrioventricular block in association with virologic and serologic evidence of respiratory syncytial viral infection. Although respiratory disease resulting from respiratory syncytial viral infection is common, cardiac involvement has been noted on only one previous occasion. Keywords
