Abstract
A case of suppurative arthritis due to a hemolytic streptococcus of the Lancefield Group B is reported. The infective agent in this particular case is one which is generally considered to be non-pathogenic for man. It was pointed out that there are certain instances of Group B infection in man, especially in cases of puerperal sepsis. Keywords
