Abstract
Using a systems approach, this article looks at recycling as a problem in retrologistics. The role and problems faced by various channel members are discussed. As recycling incentives increase, changes in channel structure will probably occur. Marketing has an opportunity to contribute to the understanding and assessment of future changes. Keywords
