Abstract
We have identified, cloned, and sequenced the gene for the small subunit of ribonucleotide diphosphate reductase of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The protein and its transcript are induced about 10-fold by the alkylating agent methyl methanesulfonate, a result which suggests that the gene is induced by DNA damage.This publication has 21 references indexed in Scilit:
