Abstract
Two micro methods for arginase estimation are described. The general technic was similar to that of other methods from the same laboratory. 7 cu. mm. of enzyme solution were required for a determination. In the first method, the usual urease procedure was followed. In method II, the quantity of arginine changed to ornithine was detd. by titration in acetone-alcohol with alcoholic (CH3)4NOH, with thymol blue as indicator. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
