Abstract
SUMMARY: After the separation of the conjugates on DEAE-Sephadex columns, oestrone-3-glucosiduronate, oestriol-3-glucosiduronate, oestriol-16-glucosiduronate and two 'oestradiol glucosiduronates' were determined in the urines of 20 healthy women in late pregnancy. Oestriol-16-glucosiduronate represented on average 60%, oestriol-3-glucosiduronate 26%, oestrone-3-glucosiduronate 10% and the two 'oestradiol glucosiduronates' 2% each of the total. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
