Management Game Teams In Education and Organization Research: An Experiment on Risk Taking.

Abstract
This paper describes an experiment on changes in individual and group risk taking tendencies recurring during a semester play of the Carnegie management game. The data clearly indicated that the management game teams studied changed in their risk taking attitudes during the course of the game. At the end of game play the teams showed a greater preference for risk taking than when they were first formed. This was true both for individuals and for teams as groups.
